I have problems
We are sorry to hear that you have trouble with the app. In order for us to help you better, we ask you to provide as much information as possible.
Please go through all these questions and answer as many as possible in the support email you're about to send:
- What device, firmware and language variant (country) do you have?
- What version of 4squick are you running, free or commercial (pro)?
- What is your 4squick app version number?
- Have you rebooted the phone and tried again?
- Did the feature work earlier and stopped working now, or has it not worked ever?
- Do you have a SIM card installed in your device?
- Are you using 2G/3G or WiFi data connection?
- Does your network connection work (check e.g. with Browser)?
- Does your GPS location work (check e.g. with Maps)?
- Is Foursquare working (check their latest status or try with official app)?
- What is the exact error message displayed in the app when you try to do the thing you are doing?
- Does 4squick work otherwise?
- If the problem is Store related (download or install error), have you already contacted Store support?
